Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and share the correct instructions.

To request a return, email contact@cuddlebox.nl with your order number and the item you want to return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo if you can.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
