Standard shipping is €8. The final shipping option for your address is shown before checkout.

Ready-to-ship items are prepared as soon as possible after payment. If a product has an expected availability date, we show it on the product page before you buy.

We ship within the Netherlands, the EU, and selected international destinations.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and share the correct instructions.

Email contact@cuddlebox.nl with your order number and the item you want to return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo if you can.
