How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €8. The final shipping option for your address is shown before checkout.

When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items are prepared as soon as possible after payment. If an item has an expected availability date, you will see it on the product page before you buy.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the Netherlands, the EU, and selected international destinations.

Gifts and sizing

What age are Cuddlebox products for?
Most pieces are for newborns and babies in their first months. Each product page shows the available sizes.

Are the sets gift-ready?
Yes. We select coordinated pieces in calm colours and soft fabrics, so the gift feels considered without needing a lot of extra work.

Can I ask for help choosing?
Yes. Email contact@cuddlebox.nl and tell us the baby's age, the occasion, and your budget.

Returns

Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the next steps before you send anything back.
